For some countries of the UE, you can choose between shipping by Mondial Relay or French Post (La Poste).

For other countries, La Poste will do the shipping.

Shipping costs are fixed, whether you take one or more products from the same category. However, if you order a garment and an accessory, the shipping costs will be those of the heaviest product.
The delivery time is indicated on each product sheet. It is effective as soon as the order form and payment are received. Nevertheless, it is given as an indication and may differ according to the calendar (public holidays, weekends, strikes…). If it is longer than expected, I will inform you as soon as possible by email.
Some products are available on order. If your order includes products with different delivery times, the shipping date will depend on the longest delay.
Shipments from France are delivered in approximately 5 to 10 days. I will give you the tracking number of the order as soon as it is sent. I am not responsible in case of delays or loss caused by the transporter.
Return:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to make an exchange or refund without having to justify yourself. But if you give me details about the reasons for the return, you will help me to improve this product.
Don’t hesitate to send me a message right here to notify me of your return! If you want an exchange, it will allow me to put aside the product you want.
The product must be returned in its packaging, new, in its original condition, without having been worn, without modification, without tears or snags.
Personalized creations are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Returns are at your expense, and you are responsible for the product until I receive it in my workshop. For more security, I recommend you to choose at least a delivery with tracking. In case of a refund, it will be made within 14 days after receipt of the product, in the same payment method as used for the purchase.
